Terms & Conditions – The Envii Collective

The website is owned and operated by Envii ApS, CVR 27981135, Ryesgade 19A, 2200 Copenhagen N, Denmark (hereinafter “ENVII”, “we” or “us”). 

Before you register for The Envii Collective, it is important that you read these Terms & Conditions carefully. Please note that registration for The Envii Collective must be completed separately from creating a general ENVII account.

Our Customer Care team is not available during the following Danish holidays: New Year’s Day, Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, Easter Monday, Ascension Day and the day after, Whit Monday, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and Second Day of Christmas. 

1.1 The Envii Collective is our free membership programme designed to give you access to exclusive benefits, offers, and experiences. The programme was created to bring our community closer together, allowing us to reward loyalty with unique benefits. 

1.2 To join The Envii Collective, you must register with your email here and create a membership profile. Your membership is personal and non-transferable. You must be at least 16 years old to register. 

1.3 By registering, you accept these Terms & Conditions and give ENVII consent to process your personal information in order to provide and tailor benefits, offers, and communication to you. 

As a member of The Envii Collective, you will gain access a wide variety of benefits. Please note that for some of these benefits, you need to have an account and be logged in, in order for us to validate your membership: 

2.1 Member Exclusive Sale 
Enjoy access to dedicated member-only sales and promotions before they are made available to the public. These exclusive shopping opportunities are designed to provide you with early and privileged access to selected collections and price advantages. 

2.2 Welcome Offer 
Upon joining The Envii Collective, you will receive a one-time 10% discount to use on your first purchase. This offer is a token of appreciation for becoming part of our community and may be redeemed online or in-store according to the specific terms provided at the time of issue. 

2.3 Birthday Gift* 
Celebrate your birthday month with a special discount or a selected gift from us. This benefit is our way of making your special day even more rewarding. 
*To be eligible, you must register your date of birth in your membership account. The benefit will only be issued if this information has been provided in advance. 

2.4 Loyalty Treats 
As a member, you may receive vouchers based on the number of purchases you make within 12 months. These vouchers are provided at ENVII’s discretion and are intended to reward consistent engagement with our brand. The details, value, and conditions of such vouchers will be communicated directly to you. 

2.5 Pre-Launches & Sneak Peeks 
Gain early access to selected new collections and exclusive product drops before they are launched publicly. This includes sneak peeks of upcoming releases, giving you the chance to discover and shop selected items in advance. 

When you register as a member of The Envii Collective, you consent to receiving communication from ENVII relating to your membership, including targeted offers, product launches, invitations, and news. 

We primarily communicate with you via email; however, SMS may also be used when relevant. To safeguard your security, all official emails from ENVII will only originate from approved addresses linked to envii.com. If you ever doubt the authenticity of an email, please contact our Customer Care team for confirmation. 

We will never request sensitive details such as payment information or passwords via email or SMS. 

ENVII uses cookies to make content relevant and to improve your user experience. Our Cookie Policy provides full details on what cookies we use, what information is collected, and the purpose of such processing. You can change or withdraw your consent to cookies at any time. 

As the use of cookies may involve the processing of personal data, we recommend reading our Privacy Policy for further information.

We reserve the right to change these Terms & Conditions, including altering or discontinuing benefits provided under The Envii Collective. Significant modifications will be communicated to you by email at least one month before they take effect. If you do not wish to accept the changes, you may cancel your membership before the effective date. Minor adjustments, or changes that benefit you, may be implemented without prior notice. 

If you no longer wish to be part of The Envii Collective, you may cancel your membership at any time by contacting ENVII Customer Care. Upon cancellation, any unused benefits, vouchers, or privileges linked to your membership will expire. 

The misuse of membership, including but not limited to fraudulent registrations or abuse of benefits, may result in immediate termination of your membership. 

Please be advised that upon opting out, you will forfeit any right to accrue bonus gifts, or redeem other vouchers and membership benefits, as these privileges are contingent upon an active membership. 

ENVII is the data controller for your personal data. By registering for The Envii Collective, you consent to ENVII processing your personal information in order to manage your membership, provide your benefits, and communicate with you. 

Further details on how ENVII processes your personal data, and your rights as a data subject, can be found in our Privacy Policy at envii.com. 

We use your personal data to manage your membership in The Envii Collective, which includes providing you with access to our membership benefits and keeping you informed about The Envii Collective. 

For the above purposes, we process the following information about you: 

• The information you provide when you register for the The Envii Collective and when you update your profile, including name, address, email, phone number, date of birth 

• Information about your purchases at Envii. 

• Information about any optional subscriptions linked to your The Envii Collective membership. 

• Information collected when you communicate with us regarding your membership 

• The legal basis for Envii processing your personal data is our agreement with you regarding your membership, in accordance with Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation.
