The COVID-19 situation continues to evolve and so do we. We want to make sure we do whatever we can to ensure a secure environment for our customers and employees.
Many of our stores have reopened and you can find the details of these stores on our store finder page. We will reopen the remaining stores when it is safe to do so.
Our online store remains open. Our warehouse staff are following strict health and safety guidelines and are working in shifts to minimize risk.
We are able to offer home delivery and pick up from parcel shops. As soon as more parcel shops are reopened across Europe, our shipping methods will return to normal.
Post Nord, DHL and GLS continue to offer to drop parcels at your door and to sign for parcels on your behalf.
We have extended our returns policy to 60 days. All other conditions of our returns policy remain the same. If you have any questions about your return, please contact email@example.com.
Our extended returns policy also applies to purchases made in our stores. The stores that have reopened are ready to help you with all store-bought returns, refunds, exchanges and reclamations. If the returns period on your purchase has expired, we will still be able to help you with your refund or exchange.
