SIMPLE RETURNS

Need to return something to us? No problem, we’ve made sure the process will be hassle-free. From the date that you receive your order, you have 30 days to make a return.

 *Please contact our Customer Service at customercare@envii.com in order to initiate the return process. 

Our team are available Monday to Friday from 08:30 - 15:30 CET at +45 3528 5500

Please follow these steps to complete the return process:

1. Let us know you want to make the return by writing to us at customercare@envii.com - please do this within 15 days of receiving your parcel.

2. Once you’ve informed us, simply complete the returns form and package the items securely.

3. Return the parcel using the same postal service that delivered the order. (e.g. If PostNord delivered the order, then please use PostNord to return the order to us). Our returns address is:

4. Remember to ask for proof of postage, to keep a record that the parcel was sent to us.

5. Now, your part is done! We will contact you once your parcel has been received and again once your refund has been made.

Please make sure that all items are sent back to us in their original condition.

If you have made multiple orders and want to return items from them in one parcel - that is completely fine. Pack the items up into one box, but make sure to include the completed returns forms from the different orders. If you have lost your returns form or the returns label, please contact us at customercare@envii.com and we will send you a new one.

 

EXCHANGE

To exchange an item, you can either do so in one of our standalone stores or you can send your item back to us.

To find your nearest store, please find it in our Store Finder. Please note that exchanges cannot be made in our concession stores (e.g. in Illum or Magasin.)

To send your item back to us, please follow these easy steps:

1. Fill in the returns form and package up your items securely. Attach the enclosed returns label to your parcel and return your parcel to us free of charge.

2. Return the parcel using the same postal service that delivered the order. (e.g. If PostNord delivered the order, then please use PostNord to return the order to us). Our returns address is:

3. Remember to ask for proof of purchase from the postal service, to keep a record that the parcel was sent to us.

4. Your part is done! We will contact you once we’ve received your parcel. When we have exchanged your order, we will pay for the shipping back to you.

 

If you want to exchange your order for an item that is out of stock, we will simply refund your money.

Please make sure that all items are sent back to us in their original condition.

EXCHANGE IN STORES

We do exchange for another product or gift certificate in our Envii stores if you show your order confirmation**. We do not refund items purchased online. Find our stores in Store Finder.
