The COVID-19 situation is evolving day by day and hour by hour which means we’re evolving the way we function as a business. We want to make sure we do whatever we can to ensure a secure environment for our customers and employees.
Our employees based in our Head Office in Copenhagen are working remotely, so we are operating at a reduced capacity. We will also not be holding any external appointments.
As of 18th March, we have decided to temporarily close our stores in Denmark and Norway. When it is safe to, they will reopen.
Our online store will remain open. Our e-commerce team are all working remotely, and our warehouse staff are following strict health and safety guidelines and are working in shifts to minimize risk.
As parcel shops are closing across Europe, we’re only offering home delivery at the moment. This applies to all orders dispatched from our warehouse from 19th March.
Our couriers are rapidly adapting to the situation, and at present Post Nord, DHL and GLS are offering to drop parcels at your door and to sign for parcels on your behalf.
We have extended our returns policy from 30 to 60 days. All other conditions of our returns policy remain the same. If you have any questions about your return, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
Our extended returns policy also applies to purchases made in our stores. As soon as stores reopen, they will be ready to help you with all store-bought returns, refunds, exchanges and reclamations. If the returns period on your purchase has expired, we will still be able to help you with your refund or exchange.
