Christmas delivery - Terms & Conditions

Doing your Christmas shopping from the comfort of your own home? Sounds like a plan! All items bought on envii.com between November 1st and December 24th 2020, can be returned until February 14th 2021. You can also exchange your items in store until February 14th 2021.

Return and exchange in our stores

In all orders we include an exchange sticker. Attach it to your gift and your loved ones can exchange their gift in store. If the gift needs to be returned and refunded, the recipient needs to bring the order confirmation. Please note that the money is refunded to the credit card used to pay for the order.

If you want to return the gift by sending it back to our warehouse, please follow our standard return & exchange conditions. Read more about return and exchange here.

*If you choose DHL Express as delivery method, you can place your order until December 22th. You can find more information regarding delivery terms under shipping.
