What should I do if there is a defect in the product?

Should you receive a product with defects, you must return the item as soon as possible! Please enclose details with your name and invoice number. Products returned with defects will be replaced within 7 days of receipt. If the specific product is not in stock, you will receive your money back within 7 days. Furthermore, you are also covered by the Danish Sale of Goods Act, from when you receive the product. You must claim within 2 months to be considered timely on the defect or complaint. The item I bought has been discounted - do Envii refund the difference?

We do not pay the differences on discounted products.

I have incorrect content in my order - what do I do?

If your order has incorrect content, please contact and enclose your order information.

We will get back to you as soon as possible.

I have placed an order - can I change the order?

It is only possible for us to make changes to your Envii online order, if we have not processed it yet!

We pack orders all day from Envii warehouse and we need to have the changes as soon as possible, after the online order confirmation.

Remember, that you always have your 30-days right of cancellation.


Envii reserves all the rights and reservations for typos, price changes and sold out items.

New customer - how do I order?

1. Select the product you want, choose size and color, and then click "Add to Bag" button.

2. When you are finished shopping, press "Checkout" button and then complete the required fields with your personal information.

3. Select Shipping Method and Payment Method.

4. Accept the Terms and Conditions and then press continue.

5. Fill out your card information in the DIBS pop-up window.

Once you have submitted your Envii order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Upon receiving the order confirmation, please check it matches your order and your address is correct. Contact immediately, if you detect any errors.

Can you tell me where I can purchase a particular Envii product?

We recommend you contact one of our Envii stores.

Do I need to order online?

It is the safest and most effective way to handle your order. We only accept online ordering through our webshop.

I´m not home when my package arrives - what do I do?

If you’re not home when your order arrives, you will be left with a post office note in your mailbox telling you how and where you can collect your parcel.

You can also choose to get the parcel delivered to a local post office.

When will I receive my order?

Your order will be shipped from our Envii warehouse within 1-3 working days after ordering. All products will be shipped via PostNord or GLS.

If not all products are in stock, the shipment will be made when all products are back in stock.

If we are not able to deliver the products or if the products are delayed for other reasons, we will inform you within 14 days after the online ordering.

Do Envii ship to other countries than Denmark?

Yes, we ship to: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, United Kingdom, Spain and Sweden.

Can I pick up my products directly from your warehouse?

Unfortunately, you cannot pick up online orders directly from our Envii warehouse.

The right to withdraw

By shopping online at, you have the right as an online customer to return your purchase. The return needs to be present at Envii warehouse within 30 days according to the Consumer Contracts. You must return the products in the same condition and quantity as delivered. If there are significant decrease value of the product, we will not be able to make a full refund.

Please enclose details with your name, invoice number (or copy of the original invoice) and request to get your money back – on the return form that came with your order. We only return refunds to the credit card used to place the order within 30 days. The product can be returned to:

Can I exchange items purchased online, in Envii physical stores?

Yes, we do exchange** (but we do not refund) items purchased online at our Envii stores.

Payment and currencies


All prices on can be shown in Euro, Danish, Swedish and Norwegian kroner including VAT.

Any customs or import duties are charged once the order reaches its destination country and must be paid by the recipient of the order.

We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country.

You may want to contact your local customs office for further information. All orders are sent from Denmark.

Is it safe to shop with credit cards online?

Yes - you will be automatically directed to a secure server called Architrade, once you have selected the products you want to purchase. All information between you and the server is encrypted with SSL (Secure Secret Layer) encryption, to ensure all your information are secured.

Once the transmission is approved by the PBS, ensuring the best possible security for all transactions, you will then enter the safe zone, where your window browser will display a small "Secure Server" icon. On the Internet Explorer or Firefox, it will display a little icon with a padlock.
